Global Business School & Research Centre (GBSRC) was set up in 2006 and is the pride of Dr. D. Y. Patil Vidyapeeth (Deemed-to-be University), Pune. With its mission to be a world-class institution that is sensitive to emerging business models, GBSRC emphasizes developing responsible leaders through research-based and innovative education.
The institute provides a variety of academic courses, such as a full-time MBA, BBA (Honours), B.Com (Honours), and a Ph.D. in Management. The MBA course offers dual specialisations in areas such as marketing, finance, HR, business analytics, and others. The BBA and B.Com courses are based on the new four-year curriculum, providing students with the opportunity to explore various fields.
GBSRC lays great stress on industry-focused education. Its curriculum is continuously updated and combines theory with practical learning through internships, live projects, case studies, guest lectures, and national immersion programs. Student entrepreneurship is encouraged by the Start-up & Innovation Cell, while activities such as the annual "Parakram" management fest hone leadership and business acumen.

Global Business School & Research Centre (GBSRC) provides various undergraduate and postgraduate courses with a focus on business education. The institute offers three major courses: BBA (Honours), B.Com (Honours), and MBA, all of which are aimed at creating future-ready professionals possessing effective managerial and analytical skills.
The BBA (Honours) course has 120 seats in its intake, a 4-year duration, and a composite fee of INR 1,50,000. Its objective is to establish a good foundation in the field of business management, entrepreneurship, and leadership. The course of B.Com (Honours) has a 30-seat intake, extends over 4 years, but has a fee of only INR 30,000 to attract students taking an interest in commerce, accounting, and finance.
At the postgraduate level, GBSRC provides an MBA course with 240 seats, of 2 years duration, and a total cost of INR 4,00,750. The course is designed to equip students for leadership positions in industry through an integrated curriculum and industrial exposure.
